We will be taking you through daily Vinyasa and Yin Yoga practices as well as a special Yoga Hike. The reason we practice yoga twice a day on our retreats is that it has had the biggest impact on all of our lives and we want to share the amazing benefits with you.
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga that unites movement with breath, allowing the body to flow
to move and circulate our chi or vital life energy, we also sweat which helps to cleanse and detoxify the body. We move to music to make the experience all the more fun.
Yin yoga is a yoga that focus’s on holding poses for 3-7 minutes and allows us to work the deeper yin tissues of our ligaments, joints, fascia and bones. Yin yoga can bring about deep emotional release.
Yoga Hike – Kim will guide us on a hike and then you will discover what it feels like to do yoga in nature. There is something really magical about getting out of the yoga studio and moving your body amongst the trees and sky.
